There are many different common sounds for the genre: action. Sound plays a major role because it sets the tone for the audience to know what is accepted next. Like the exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, or resolution. The different common sounds I believe are "dun-dun-dunnn". For example, in a horror film there are many eerie sounds to get the audience scared and or on edge.
In my film background music is being played. There is music throughout the film. But not when the characters are conversating. To add background music without getting copyrighted. The website I used has a bunch of different types of music. Accordingly to the genre you need. I found a background music I liked but I also found others that I am interested in. I wonder if I want to use one background song for my entire film or multiple. I will figure that out when I end up editing the film. The music selected is a type of rock/punk. And I think it gives the feeling of action. It wasn't hard choosing a song but knowing if it was the right song was. I don't know but I felt as if the song spoke to me. I like the song I chose. And if it ends up not going with my film. I will change it.
